Although secluded it had everything we needed. Being so secluded the wifi was a bit of a hot or miss, but that is not a bad thing as the views made up for it and we were so tired from being out expiring the area all day that we were all asleep very quickly.

The kitchen hot tap was very annoying indeed and it was not just a drip but a constant noisy dribble that spoiled being in the kitchen. I reported this but nothing was done. 2 frying pans were not useable on the induction hob.

Fabulous location with views across Loch Harray. Lots of space in this very well organised and equipped property. The bed was comfortable. Choice of two bathrooms. We found the utility room very useful. We recommend lunch at the Merkister Hotel, which is just a long the road. Food was delicious - might be wise to book.

Property was in an ideal location and was a very clean/ comfortable wee flat weather it’s for a night or a week. 2 mins from the boat to which was ideal. From start to finish couldn’t fault anything about the property or staff.

Well equipped, comfortable and very clean little house - two good sized double bedrooms upstairs (beds very comfortable) and compact open plan lounge/kitchen/diner and large shower room downstairs. On the outskirts of Kirkwall on the road to the airport. Our host Lukas was very friendly, helpful and responsive. Off road parking.
Very clean rooms. The kitchen / common room was very spacious and had all the appliances you would ever want to use. The host was very friendly and helpful. Close to supermarkets so it is quite convenient to buy breakfast or cook yourself.
