Everything! There were lots of convenient little touches in the room to make the stay more comfortable and the self check in and check out was really good as it felt like we were given lots of privacy for a romantic weekend away which was nice. It's a perfect location for a quiet stay. It is very close to Salisbury but far enough away to give you a peaceful vacation. Excellent property, value for money, and the legendary cake was so nice.

Pretty much every aspect of this place. It was spacious, clean, in a great location. All round it's the best stay we've had here in the UK. There is a very private courtyard outside the dining room that also contains the washer and drier, although hidden behind two slatted doors like a cupboard. Connected to the small third bedroom is another veranda with a table and a couple of chairs. Definitely a good deal all round.

Based on the online reviews and photos we knew that the interior was going to be of a very high standard and we were not disappointed - the living space worked particularly well. Beautiful, well appointed property. All rooms had en suite and were well made up. The fires had been laid and lit for us. The owner popped around to check we were in okay. It was just superb!

Nice quiet location with a large driveway - although we didn't have a car, Salisbury is a short pleasent walk and if you didn't want to walk a fairly frequent bus service is available from the main road.
