Great house, in a fab location. Loved the beds and the hot tub. The dogs loved the river.
The house was well laid out and comfortable.
Came home and immediately rebooked in March. Lots of dog friendly places.

It was OK for stay we had planned. We were going to a horse show at Blair Athol. The on site shop was very good.

We have stayed in a few self catering lodges and cottages but Black Spout Cottage set a new level of expectation.
It was super clean and very well laid out and furnished lovely - but not too much that you didn't feel comfy. It's only a short drive into Pitlochry. The walks round the cottage in the woods are great - and there were very few people - just perfect!!

This detachedholiday cottage enjoys a peaceful location, less than 5 minutes walk to Pitlochry`s main street.

The cottage was everything we needed. Clean and tidy. Chris and Anne had chocolate and wine , milk and biscuits waiting for us. They were able to advise us on a couple of days out. The drive to Balmoral had some of the most beautiful scenery. The location was excellent for exploring, in the evenings it was a short walk into the town for the pubs and restaurants.
Cottage was cosy in the evenings, excellent TV channels. Wi-Fi was good. Would recommend this cottage to anyone.
