Absolutely fabulous property and amazing hosts. We have stayed at this property for a number of weeks and have had an exceptional experience. The property has been extremely clean and facilities available have been good. Sarah has been extremely helpful and accommodating throughout our stay, nothing is a problem to her. Would highly recommend staying at this property.

The cottage was spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. It is very spacious and easily accommodated our family. It's great having off-street parking as many of the holiday homes nearer to the centre of Lincoln only have on-street parking. Also, having a washing machine and a garden was fab for our grandchildren. We very much enjoyed staying in Clara's Cottage and would definitely return.

Breakfast was provided and there was so much choice to be had. Rooms were spacious. An excellent view of the Red Arrows training. Neighbourhood was very quiet.

Church House Hut was a super little hideaway with everything you could need and to a very high standard. Our host is lovely and we look forward to returning. The outdoor fire pit and taking in the view was magical and the marshmallows added a nice touch. Couldn’t fault it and I would highly recommended it. I almost want to keep it a secret it’s that good. Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The Thorold was very clean and decorated to a high standard. Our bedroom was excellent with great facilities. Our evening meal was of a high standard and very enjoyable.
We were made very welcome and our room was very tastefully decorated and very clean with all the facilities needed. My intolerance to gluten and lactose was no problem. We enjoyed a fabulous breakfast before we left for home. Ideal gem for visiting Lincolnshire. The villagers have invested time and money in making this a fabulous place to stay good food and a friendly environment.
Great little find as we were visiting relatives & they had a full house. The staff were lovely & friendly. Room very clean & modern, nicely decorated. Fab shower, biscuits with the kettle & on the landing there were magazines to borrow. We didn't stay for breakfast but would certainly recommend & stay here again. Didn't eat in the pub so can't comment on food. Rooms were quiet.
