The quality of the house was exceptional - clearly newly renovated and to a high spec, The beds were comfortable, and there was all mod cons required. Having two bathrooms was fantastic, and the retro arcade games table was the icing on the cake! The fish pond was wonderful to look at. In terms of location, it's well located to travel back to Dungeness and the surrounding area.

Coastal Courtyard would be hard to beat. You have everything you need in a beautifully appointed set-up. It definitely has a feeling of Mediterranean villa…the beach is 5 mins walk. Wonderful. ❤️

Great location. In a residential area and 5 mins away from sea. Such a lovely comfortable little place. Clean, nicely decorated, really comfortable beds and the host (Ruth) went over and above to make our stay exceptional. The little touches like bottled water in the fridge, tea/coffe & Twixs in the dining room, clean crisp bedding and fully equipped kitchen. We would recommend it and we will definitely book it again!

Everything ,warm and very clean. All kitchen gear you may need and lovely touches such as condiments and cleaning equipment and the wine was very welcome
Very clean and excellent views of the water. Host was very helpful and friendly, checking in to ensure the stay was going well. Street parking available outside the front.
Very clean, very comfortable apartment with lots of thought put into it. Lisa, the owner, was very responsive when I texted her on the day we were checking in. The location was lovely, with huge windows overlooking the sea.
Everything was so clean and there was very thoughtful touches that enhanced our arrival. Loved that it was finished to feel like a home from home and not a holiday rental
Exactly as the name says comfy and cosy. Very clean and well equipped. We had everything we needed inside the caravan and the site also had lots to do for the kids. Communication with owners was very good. All in all a great experience.
