Neil has really made the most of the space, multiple areas to sit. We were really impressed with how well everything was thought out, charging ports dotted all over the house. A speaker for music was a nice touch along with toiletries provided. The beds were hotel standard, very comfortable. Location was great, less than a minute walk to a string of cafes and shops. For a whole house that felt very spacious, I feel that it was great value for the high standard. My children are older now, but I noticed a cot and lovely highchair stored there so it’s definitely well equipped for families. I appreciated the information sent over by Neil it was very helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Perfect location. Great house . So glad we found it , we will use this often now. Very Quiet area (at night we stayed Sunday to Tuesday ) , lots of space if you need it . There was 7 beds in total , plenty of towels and bedding if required, the kitchen is fully equipped if you plan to eat there . Butchers is across the street and shops within walking distance . Supermarket 10 minutes away also if needed . In the middle of falls road so walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go, no need to get taxis . Taxis where £5-7 we used Peter Pan taxis . We used locals bars , restaurants and take aways. We walked morning, noon and night locally with no issues or safety problems . We found area safe even walking home at midnight . About 20 minutes from house to city centre , downhill. Perfect for our stay and we Will use again . If you forget shampoo / shower gel there there was spares in bathroom , toilet roll and cleaning material was also provided. Recommend it 100% to families and groups .
