This is a beautiful house with plenty of space for the family, it is perfectly located to explore Cairngorms. The welcome basket and cleaning products left for us made it an easier start to the holiday as we didn’t need to pick up everything on our way. The kitchen is very well equipped

Perfect location if your are looking for peace and tranquility yet only a short drive to all amenities. Ideal for woodland walks leading to beautiful lochan views or you can venture further a field on the dedicated footpaths to Kincraig and surrounding area. Well equipped and comfortable. Loved the sun room at the side. Very spacious and in a lovely position. Surprisingly quiet considering the proximity to the A9. Loved watching the housemartins and the rabbits.

Nicely decorated apartment right across the street from a supermarket. Very clean, it provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Great location and rooms were very clean and comfortable. Beds are extremely comfortable with good quality bed linen. WiFi was fast and the cookies in the rooms are a nice touch.
Rooms were great, very clean, and spacious. Staff were so welcoming and friendly, even bringing up extra homemade cookies to ensure we all had 1. Amazing location, even with the train station right next to our room, There were no issues with noise, and the kids enjoyed watching the barriers coming down and trains going past, like they said it would have been in the olden days haha, there was a lovely little park just across the road to sit when it's not raining, really can not recommend enough we will be going back.

Recently and nicely refurbished and very clean. I received an entry code for the front door and my key was in a basket at the unmanned reception. I don’t mind this at all! You are not always in a mood to talk with people right :-). Bed and room was comfortable. I enjoyed the complementary whiskey and honey scented toiletries. The free freshly baked cookies on arrival where delicious. Breakfast was good, i especially liked the fresh berries and the orange ginger shot, that was a nice extra healthy breakfast treat.
Very clean and comfortable rooms. In a very quiet and beautiful area. Breakfast bar is regularly stocked , with plenty of on site parking. Close to the main road of kingussie for easy access to tourist attractions in the area.
The house was delightful with our every need catered for. The kitchen was well equipped allowing us to cook meals which isn't always the case in holiday homes. The welcome pack of snacks and a bottle of milk in the fridge was a bonus. We especially liked the conservatory looking out over the back garden. The location is great for walking in the Cairngorms or visiting attractions and an easy drive to Loch Ness and the Moray Coast. Highly recommended
