For our needs - to access Dartmoor - it was an ideal location. We arrived and went to the nearby house to meet the owner and collect the keys. A truly lovely man - the perfect host - explaining all we needed to know, then departing so we could have the much needed cup of tea, but assuring us he was at hand if needed. The cottage itself was lovely. Clean, light, and certainly spacious enough for the three of us (and I'm sure four), with all the equipment/facilities we'd need. With a secluded area of garden as well as a balcony to enjoy the outdoors. And of course, mustn't forget the hot tub, which Steve fired up for us after a hard day on Saturday. We were in it for hours.

The house is beautiful. Everything is a very high standard and it was extremely well equipped. The guests left a much appreciated welcome pack of foods and a vase of flowers from the garden!
