There was a lot to like at this property. The building is impressive and our room, Verulam, was huge with high ceilings and a decent-sized shower room adjacent. The location is leafy and quiet. The bed was big and comfortable, the room was warm (which was helpful as the temperature had dropped considerably) and it had a hairdryer, TV, useful kettle with teas and coffees and a very handy mini fridge which would take litres of liquid. There was lots of storage space, power points, heated towel rail, and a great big bathroom cabinet if you needed to put toiletries in there. Parking was free onsite and we were able to leave the car for a few hours after checking out to walk around the town and cathedral. The iron in our room was missing and we required an extra hand towel; the duty manager was able to supply in very quick time and was very friendly. The location was great for us as we were working events around the Cathedral for the Zombies' Begin Here festival, so that was just a few minutes walk away up the hill.

The house was really lovely, it was very clean and on a nice quiet road with space to park one car on a driveway. Beds were very comfortable, had the best night sleep I've had in a long time! Easy contact with the host, WiFi, TV's in all the bedrooms. Perfect.

My partner and I had an amazing stay at the barn. It is truly beautiful and in a lovely secluded location.
The rooms are all beautifully decorated and the attention to detail is incredible. The hot tub was lovely and warm, especially on a cold day.
There is everything you could need while on a visit. The kitchen is fully equipped as are all the rooms. The table was beautifully laid and made it perfect for a romantic meal! The host was amazing, she gave clear instructions on how to find the barn and was on hand with messages to check that we were all set for our visit. First class service all around

Excellent house in a quiet spot just round the corner from busy Edmonton Green. Apart from many bus routes, the Overground Station is only a few minutes walk. The apartment was extremely well-equipped, and the beds were very comfortable. There were even a selection of toys for young children, and they were particularly popular with our grandson. The apartment is down 2 sets of steps from the street where on-street parking is available, proximity to the house is a matter of luck.
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
I enjoyed my stay, very clean environment and homely atmosphere. The family is very friendly and I particularly loved the toddler who always welcomed me with a hug & smile. The secure locks on the bedroom door made me feel safe at night and the self entry lock offered flexibility for my daily itinerary. I liked the variety of shops around the corner. I would definitely stay here the next time I visit Hatfield.
