Just had a lovey 2 night stay at Hare's Haven. The lodge was absolutely lovely, very clean and well kept. It had everything we needed and more, lots of nice little touches. We felt very comfortable and at home. The lodge is in a nice quiet area of the park and very close to the lake and Country Club. We will definitely re-book in the future.

Property is very clean. Good size Drive way. Very specious room. Nice size bathrooms, both kitchens are big enough. Big dining room. No complain about the property itself. Fans and Air conditioner, jacuzzi those items added extra value.
The breakfast was very good, lots of selection to choose from and what we did have was very nice. All the staff during breakfast was very helpful and polite (the manager during breakfast seemed in my opinion abit bossy and rude towards the staff). The room was very clean, clean bedding and mattress however the room had a strong smell of urine which was abit off putting.
Breakfast very good quality and choice. All area very clean rooms very comfy but hanging space poor and no dressing table disappointed. Bed was comphy and super clean. Close to train station but very little to zero noise.great transport links to travel the area.shiwer very good dining room cleanabd bar area comphy. Staff are all very good.
On arrival friendly staff who explained everything to us and even though we have stayed at this hotel before we found this very useful. Our Room was very clean and the facilities were excellent, both my partner and I would not hesitate to use this hotel again.
Lovely hotel, staff so friendly and helpful and relaxed atmosphere. Facilities very good and everything you could need for a nice stay and good drinks tray including decaff coffee and biscuits and room very clean. Breakfast was good value for money at 7.95 with the voucher given on checkjng in. Good location for access to town and buses with good free parking facilities. Nice meal in restaurant. Hotel excellent value for money and overall a lovely stay overnight whilst visiting relatives.
Excellent, helpful staff. Great location, lovely views of the minster. Very clean, good shower, room fan needed as it was very warm. It’s a good hotel and the free car parking was most welcome.
