the building is both unusual and lovely. Its in a walled garden and very private, with a deer park outside the wall, its a location you just don't find very often. the decoration inside is well done, and the place feels welcoming and luxurious.

There are eating places within a walk of minutes from the property that are very very good. The service was friendly and welcoming. The sea shore and pleasant walks are also a step away. Johnshaven is a popular place and was busy with visitors it's best to book for meals at the local restaurant.

Beautiful cottage located by the harbour. Helpful owner, who gave us all the information we needed to make our stay comfortable. The cottage was clean, bright and furnished tastefully.

This lovely homely apartment is set by the sea in picturesque Gourdon. It has everything you’d need for a pleasant stay and feels like a home from home. The owner was very welcoming and the accommodation is to a high standard and is very clean. We couldn’t be happier with our stay.

Lovely cottage in a picturesque harbour. Very clean and cosy. Good base for visiting nearby Montrose and Stonehaven and also other harbour villages Johnshaven and St Cyrus. Handy for fish and chip shop and Harbour Bar with massive plates of food! We would like to return and visit more in this area.

The house exceeded our expectations. It was warm, bright and inviting. Everything you would expect in a holiday rental was provided. The location was very good with the pub and fish restaurant close by.
Such a beautiful cottage Hoose. Opersite a small working fishing harbour. Very clean and comfortable. A perfect place to stay to watch the world go by if you like that or your elderly. The wi fi was essential cos your in the middle of no where. We would stay again if we ever explore the east coast of Scotland as a stop off.
