The cottage was very clean and homely, in a lovely peaceful village. The bath with the view out the window was lovely and the range of books to read and dvds to watch was great for us! We really enjoyed it and would love to come back again :)

nice village and surrounding area to go for lovely long walks. not too far by car to the main towns such as Matlock, Buxton & our favourite Bakewell.
Fab little cottage perfect location for what we were there for! Very dated but we were only using it as a base so wasn't too fussed, wasn't the cleanest but the bed sheets were very clean so wouldn't complain about the rest. It will be lovely once it's updated somewhat. The owner was lovely had a lovely conversation the morning we left.....we would definitely return for our next year's visit 😀
