Red Squirrel Hut is just wonderful! The hut was so cosy and absolutely spotless. It was well equipped and there were lots of nice little touches throughout the hut. The welcome hamper and bottle of Prosecco was so thoughtful. The wi-fi was good, the shower was hot and powerful and the bed was really comfortable. We had no issues with anything throughout our stay. Maggie was the perfect host. She was so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The location of the hut was idyllic and perfect for a relaxing break. Sitting on the decking, listening to the stream and watching the wild birds on the feeder was heaven! The hot tub was the icing on the cake. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Beautiful house with literally everything you need. The house was spacious and very clean. Hilary was very helpful and answered any questions I had. I will definitely be returning.
This is the perfect holiday cottage and fully deserves the ‘exceptional’ rating. It was beautifully furnished and maintained - coming back to the property after a day on the beach felt like a treat in itself.
We brought our dog away and she had the best time playing in the meadow area set behind the property, or just sat outside watching the (many!) rabbits on the lawn.
Thank you to the owners for being so welcoming, we were even gifted some plants at the end of our stay :)
What a wonderful house! Clean and cosy and has everything we could have wished for in a holiday home. A lovely garden with outdoor furniture, a spacious well-equipped kitchen, comfy sofa and beautiful bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Plus easy parking and easy check‐in. The location is wonderful too, lots to do from lovely walks nearby (Newborough Forest was our favourite) to attractions like Anglesey Sea Zoo, model village and transport museum. We would not hesitate to stay here again if we come to Anglesey again!
The property was lovely. The photos online don't do it justice. Plenty of room and very clean. I had a look around one of the bigger cottages and I could have moved in. The owners of the property were lovely as well.
Great location came with our dog and found the Forrest very local and great to walk the dog, the pod was presented very clean and tidy and comfortable.
The lodge was very clean and in a very scenic area. Had everything that we needed, beds were comfortable and was very spacious. Was surprised by seeing a sauna and gym on site, unfortunately never got chance to use it. Great little laundrette to. Thanks
Gorgeous location, very clean & environmentally friendly, the owners are lovely, this is the second time we have been to Gwyllt cottages & really enjoyed our stay.
