Thank you for a wonderful stay. Everything was perfect. Gorgeous accommodation, just what was needed after a very long drive from North Wales. The suite had everything guests could possibly need and lovely little touches from the coffee pods to the robes. Outstanding cleanliness, quality of the furnishings and communication. Beautiful location, also very convenient when you don't have a car, close to several pubs, the shop and some great walks!
Room was lovely, very clean and a comfortable bed. The host was fantastic, very helpful & friendly and we enjoyed hearing his stories over a lovely breakfast. Thank you for making our first visit to the Peak District memorable!
Froggatt room was small but cosy, very clean and well presented with a large bathroom and good toiletries.
Private entrance for the rooms so no need to haul your luggage through the bar.

Very clean and comfortable and a superb breakfast prepared and served by the excellent host Mark. Super guy and our two night stay was a real treat, lots of extra and thoughtful touches in and around the room. All round faultless.
The accommodation was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfy and the shower great. We had an evening meal in the pub and breakfast the following morning - both were excellent. A great value for money stay. The staff were super friendly and the pub was in a great location - only 4 miles to Chatsworth House and 5 miles to the lovely town of Bakewell. So much to see and do in the surrounding area and we'll definitely stay here again 🙂.
