Quiet and picturesque country location but conveniently close to Exeter city. Welcoming and helpful host. Light and cheerful inside. Very useful for us having both bedrooms on the ground floor, with an en-suite and a bathroom respectivelyas one of our party was in her nineties.

The house as close to where we needed to be and was a better option than booking a hotel for us and our grown up childen attending a Wedding.
