The cost . It's the prices for everything today you don't seem to get much nowadays . Alternatives in the area were almost double .

The cottage is flawless, the colour palette beautiful and restful, and everything is immaculate. The bed is easily the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The host left a cream tea for my arrival. It's a great place to base yourself for an active, outdoor holiday where you can yomp the trails all day, then come in for a great shower/bath and a great night's sleep. Loved the Neal's Yard handwash, too. It is touches like this that make somewhere special.

Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
Mia was the perfect host. Left a lovely breakfast hamper for me which included freshly squeezed orange juice and free range eggs, amongst other lovely items.
Excellent communication throughout.
Mia provided lots of information about the local area. The location was perfect, really central for exploring Devon/Dorset/Cornwall.

This beautiful holiday home exceeded our expectations, every room was beautiful, the bed was very comfortable, best night sleep I've had in a long while.
We had a lovely stay, after a day exploring the nearby towns and villages, we cooked our dinner in a very well equipped kitchen then got all cosy with the stunning fireplace all lit while watched a movie with a glass of red wine, bliss!
