Beautifully decorated and with every facility you could want. The patio doors were just perfect in the beautiful weather we were having. We had a lovely walk to Lyme Regis by the river. Directions were very welcome and easy to follow. We hope to visit again!

Very clean, everything you could possible need for your stay. Nice touches ie, robe (who has enough room to pack those) welcome basket. Folder enclosing every detail you could possible want. Biscuits were fabulous. Easy to find, parking close by, short walk into town and loads of places to walk dog.
The property was very clean and had everything we needed and I mean everything! You could literally just turn up and enjoy your break. Jacqui and Chris have thought of it all. It was obvious that they have invested a lot into modernising the property whilst at the same time retaining its charm and character. The garden was a sun trap and perfect for evening drinks!

A great little cottage, comfortable, quiet, well-equipped and very clean although a bit of a tight fit for four adults. The location was fantastic - just a short stroll to the centre of Beaminster with a number of pubs, restaurants, take-aways, and shops (even a superb independent bookshop). Also very convenient for walking the Hardy Way. Communication with the owners was excellent and we appreciated their flexibility with check-in and check-out. Welcome basket and fresh flowers were also nice touches.
