I do a lot of reviews as I travel a lot .I have messaged the owner about a problem we had on our one night away but they have failed to get back to me .This place is stunning Iand I have booked to go back but my last experience was not too good .not really the owners fault but we should have been contacted the day before ad the site new there was a scheduled power cut on the day we arrived and we was not aware. I would have been happy to get a refund and book elsewhere as my friend and I was only away for the night .The campsite said on check in that the electric should be back on for 4 but it was ,7 o clock so ee missed out on the full hot tub experience. We had to wait then for the hot tub to warm up which was late evening .The place is stunning though and I have already rebooked to show my hubby .Just upset we could not enjoy what it had to offer last time .

Queensgate Holiday Cottage Beverley with Parking, hotel in Bainton

Offering inner courtyard views, Queensgate Holiday Cottage Beverley with Parking is an accommodation set in Beverley, 14 km from Hull New Theatre and 15 km from Hull Train Station.

Loved the furnishings and even though we literally put down our bags and went out, the kitchen looked like it would be great to cook and eat in. We had a few glasses of wine in the living room later which was lovely and comfy, and it was a brilliant place to stay near our family. Very clean and spacious and bright. Truly very happy, as were the kids :-)

The host Chris was really helpful, nothing was to much trouble. The rooms were lovely, a good selection of tea/coffee/chocolate & water, together with complimentary cookies and speciality chocolate shards. The bathroom room was very clean with complimentary shower gel, shampoo & conditioner, the shower was amazing. You could choose to have your food in your room or in the restaurant, we chose the restaurant which was really cosy with a lovely ambience. The food we had at both dinner & breakfast was amazing.

Excellent customer service. Room felt luxurious and very clean, especially the bathroom. Nice fluffy towels! Very good quality toilettries, biscuits and hot drinks selection in room. Slept very well as bed comfy and curtains thick, keeping the room dark in the morning. Food excellent and my request for gluten free and lactose free options was no problem at all. Easy to find and easy to park our motorbikes. A good base for exploring Yorkshire.
