Great location to explore the area. House was spotlessly clean, beds very comfortable. It really was home from home. Paula was very communicative and instructions on how to enter the property were very clear, as was how to access the parking. The key safe at the back of the property as well as the front was great. I would definitely recommend this property.

The cottage is gorgeous with lots of floors with a small amount of stairs to each. Evrything we needed including tea & coffee & some milk left in the fridge for us, very thoughtful,
Mike is on hand next door if any problems. It is a beautiful area too, we took our dog who had a fantastic time! It is also near the M6 for anyone travelling. Would defintely stay again if we get chance!

The breakfast was excellant having the full Lakeland breakfast in the restaurant and bar with views across the water.
The room (Levens) was an ensuite room, bathroom very clean with soft towels & plenty of hot water.
The tea & coffee making facilities were also good & plentyfull.
I didn’t have any meals as I was out most of the time at Cartmel races, the hotel was very clean and room was ready when I got there. Excellent position. I booked the single room which was very comfortable.Will be looking to book again later in the year.
The room was a fabulous room very comfortable and quiet, very clean. The room was in the converted barn , 3 rooms in the barn with patio doors onto the car park. Lovely view of the sea. We were also able to charge our electric car outside the room.
