The property was beautiful, could not fault it, the problem was arriving late as advised I couldn’t get into the property with the combination key lock. Fortunately a friend of a friend had a telephone number for someone who did maintenance. He came out at 11.15 to get in . The telephone number had no option to help us. Otherwise it was a beautiful room.

We had an excellent overnight stay in Honeysuckle Cottage. It was lovely and clean, comfortable and well-equipped, and very peaceful. Just exactly as we hoped. We enjoyed an evening wander along the stream and meadows. A very warm welcome from Lesley when we arrived. We were only passing through, hence the one-night stay, but would happily book a longer visit another time.

The keys were already in the door, loads of space both in and outdoors. Not to far from other places of interest. Peaceful. Had a hot tub. Great host left us fresh eggs and percecco on the first day.

Great cottage with good facilities. The kitchen was well equipped with all cooking utensils and all bedrooms had clean linen and towels. The grounds were lovely, we loved seeing all the animals and spending time in the hot tub. Hosts were friendly and helpful. They kindly left us a welcome hamper with some goodies which was a nice suprise.

Such a lovely atmosphere, all the staff were friendly and made you feel welcome. Breakfast and evening meal were lovely. The room was very clean, view of the river was lovely and you was left every day more coffee, teabags, milk, water and toilet rolls outside your door. The beer garden was very clean and well kept. Highly recommended a stay here 😊

Our room was large. The bed was very comfy. The bathroom was spacious. It was very clean. Great breakfast. Fabulous evening meal. All the staff were friendly and helpful. They had a great selection of gluten free food.
