This villa is absolutely stunning in every way. We were met on arrival by their representative (Julian) who went through everything with us. The finishes throughout are to the highest standard and the views, spectacular. So much space and privacy. Air conditioning was magnificent while at the same time, whisper quiet. We had stayed at a different property in Antibes in the week prior to Villa Folie and were eaten by mosquitoes there but no such issues here. The facilities outside are incredible with cooking facilities, American fridge freezer, dishwasher and widescreen TV giving access to internet, Spotify, YouTube etc... Outside dining area and large sofas for lounging on post meal. Toilet and shower facilities co located by the pool as well. We were four but this property can accommodate many more with the option to have your own private quarters. The Gym was incredible with equipment of a very high standard. Also in this separate space was a hot tub, again this area had its own toilet and shower facilities. We have stayed in many villas in this area and this is by far, the best villa in which we have stayed. Well done Villa Folie, keep up the good work because we can't wait to come back!

Lovely place to stay when visiting Menton. Quiet area. 10 min short walk to the center. Nice to buy fresh food for breakfast at the local foodmarket and bring it to the lovely litle garden by the house. For 4 friends this was perfect and more than spacy enough. The host helped us with booking taxi to and from the airport. Perfect for late night arraval. Right to the door.
We really loved the litle garden for relaxing in the sun. All in all, we loved to stay here.

The house was at the top of a hill with a superb view of Nice and the Mediterranean. The host met us in-person, gave us the keys and showed us round the house. There is a separate covered garage. The house is clean, well equipped for cooking, has comfortable beds and air conditioning. There is a bakery 5 mins walk away and a Spar 10 mins walk away.

The view and location is to die for! We loved the little town with only a few local restaurants. Super relaxed atmosphere. The location is great if you want to visit Menton (12min by Uber) or Monaco (15min by Uber) it is also 30min drive from Nice. Highly recommend!
The view from the balcony is amazing, we spent every evening drinking wine and enjoying the view.
The apartment is new, everything was very clean and not worn off. The beds were very comfy. Kitchen has everything you need and even more
Rooms were modern and very clean, bathroom was cleaned everyday and bed was comfortable and remade everyday! Very close walk to the beach and close store store for snacks. Lots of restaurants. And very close yo Carnoles train, don’t take to Menton !
The room was a good size and had plenty of storage, toiletries etc. it also had a decent sized balcony Everywhere in the hotel was very clean and the staff excellent.
We had a very, very pleasant stay! The view from the balcony is amazing. Our room was cozy, very clean, had a very comfortable bed and was very well equipped. The Breakfast was lovely. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The sorrounding area is beautiful and definitely worth a visit.

Amazing. Thierry, our host is one of the sweetest people you can every meet! The breakfast was the best, the view is breathtaking, and it's very clean... we had our hearts broken when we had to leave this place. Thierry makes you feel like Soutariba is home. Amazing cities to visit when you are there. Menton is lovely. Monaco is close. The beach of Roquebrune is peaceful. We are planning to go again next summer. At Soutariba, of course!
The apartment was recently decorated to a high standard so there were no signs of wear or tear. If you wanted to self cater which we did on our first night it was possible to do so as there was a microwave. The apartment was beautiful and very clean. The man in reception was very helpful.
The apartment has beautiful views of the sea. It is a perfect location for touring the local area. You can see the Eileen Grey house 1027 from the front window. We would love to return one day.
