Great location- the view from the kitchen window across the vines to the Black Forest is stunning. You are a short walk into the town which has a great selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The garden is a lovely spot to have breakfast or dinner. On-site off-street parking is provided and is essential since nearby parking is charged and often full.
The house is tastefully furnished with lots of crockery, cutlery and glassware which means you don’t need to run the dishwasher every day.
Riquewhir is busy during the day with lots of tour buses bringing people to the area. There’s a little train to take you round the sights but it’s an amazing place to wander around the narrow streets. In the evening it quietens down a lot.
Veronique is an amazing host. She is extremely helpful and provides lots of information on what to do in the area including maps and leaflets on activities, sights, walking and cycling routes, bars and restaurants.

Fantastic house right in the center of Alsace region, great location to use as a base to explore the area. The house is charming, very clean, well maintained and fully equiped, perfect for families. The location is in a walking distance of other Alsacian villages, historical sites and lots of independent vineyards. The host was very kind and helpful and provided full support during our stay, what made us feel at home.
A great B&B hotel. Our room was very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast room is charming - the food was good and the hotel employees were very hospitable, speaking English, German and French. The hotel is close to other bigger towns and wineries - about 10 min car ride to Riquewihr; can ride a bike around for ~2 hours to visit many wineries.

Even from the entrance, the brunette lady at the reception was very friendly, she even helped in with reservations for us to a restaurant.
