Really exceptional villa, modern, well equipped, nice decorated into the very small details, weather was cold, so we couldn't use the swimming pool, but it is amazingly located. The host was waiting outside. Very friendly and convenient. The view on the terrace was absolutely stunning. What a pleasure to sit there, have a drink, enjoy the view and the sunshine. Enough space inside the apartment and on the terrace, also when traveling with more than 2. The kitchen was well equipped. Beach is on walking distance, though it is a stiff walk.

Fantastic views and everything we needed at this charming self-contained studio apartment. It felt secluded, but was in the heart of Eze village, with restaurants and shops a few moments' walk away, and the path up through the old village to the Exotic Gardens at the top. We travelled from the UK by train to Nice and took the bus to Eze; there are also buses to Eze beach and elsewhere, eg Monaco, and the bus stops are just at the top of the driveway. There are beautiful walks up or down the hill, but it's very steep, so you need good footwear and plenty of water - the views are worth it! The helpful hosts live downstairs and will suggest places to eat, etc, and be evident or not as you choose.
