Everything ! Excellent all round facilities to use as a base in Dordogne -but a car is essential. Pierre Yves and Pauline are committed to making a complete holiday experience. The pool is warm and clean I appreciate the quality cushions on various sunbeds, seating , dining areas -there are numerous games and activities in the grounds and indoors. Pétanque darts table -tennis etc I also appreciated the choice of public rooms to relax with BBc tv too! Dining room, sun room tv room. Children and adults Games available and plenty of books! Study upstairs-an amazing shared kitchen fully equipped . A breakfast delivery daily is available too! Highly recommended we loved it.

Accommodation was breathtaking, we felt so lucky to be staying there. Clean and spacious with everything you could possibly need. Pool area/outdoor space was fabulous. Bedrooms all with ensuite/ spacious and clean. Kitchen well stocked with very utensil and appliance you could possibly need!
House is very central with restaurants, cafes and places of interest very accessible..Sarlat is a very beautiful town and well worth a visit. The markets on Wednesdays/saturdays are great.
We booked canoeing with canoes loisirs which was only 15 mins drive away. All restaurants we went to were lovely but for a nice Italian La Romane was our favourite! We hope to return one day!

Excellent location. Easy walk into town along a quiet path. Sophie left a very generous hamper and was quick to respond to any questions. The heated pool was excellent, as were the table tennis table and table football.

Super location by the Dordogne and was great for work. Restaurant on site, the food at which was lovely and reasonably priced.
Authentic and cozy cottage with a beautiful view over the river in the middle of a beautiful small street. The cottage was very clean and the homeowner and Martine very friendly. Highly recommended.
Location was beautiful and about 15 - 20 minutes walk from the village. Christophe and Melissa were fantastic hosts and very friendly and kind. Breakfast was fantastic. Accommodation was excellent and very clean
Upon arrival I was greeted by an extremely friendly Natalie who promptly showed me the room and facilities, she also had plenty of time to talk which made me feel very welcome and relaxed. The room was very clean and had everything I needed, the air conditioning was very welcome during the heat.
The continental breakfast was delicious and I received a free aperetif voucher when I dined at the hotel's restaurant which overlooked the river less than 50 metres away.
