Great location- the view from the kitchen window across the vines to the Black Forest is stunning. You are a short walk into the town which has a great selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The garden is a lovely spot to have breakfast or dinner. On-site off-street parking is provided and is essential since nearby parking is charged and often full.
The house is tastefully furnished with lots of crockery, cutlery and glassware which means you don’t need to run the dishwasher every day.
Riquewhir is busy during the day with lots of tour buses bringing people to the area. There’s a little train to take you round the sights but it’s an amazing place to wander around the narrow streets. In the evening it quietens down a lot.
Veronique is an amazing host. She is extremely helpful and provides lots of information on what to do in the area including maps and leaflets on activities, sights, walking and cycling routes, bars and restaurants.

Large renovated family house at the outskirts of a small village. Very well equipped. and clean. It was very hot when we were there and air conditioning was very efficient. We had a great stay.

Cosy, and what a welcoming lady that met us when we entered the stairs.
Though we were bicycling and intended to see some other village but there was not taxi or Uber available in the village.
Anyhow we found the Koehly winery and was so well treated without going somewhere.
If you need something else then what can be be provided by the village bakery and butcher, such as toilet paper, don’t forget to shop before you arrive since there is no supermarket in the village.

Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
Very central location (small village though), on main Street. Staff were very nice friendly and helpful. Place looks really cute (like a little Smurf’s village 😉). Nice little spa with massage option (took the 25minutes for 35€ which was nice). Restaurant in the accommodation which had nice food (not more than that - need to clearly say if you want to get a table inside or outside). Room was very clean and the kitchenette was more than sufficient for our needs. WiFi was working great.
It is centrally located in Bergheim. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable and stylish. The best thing of all is the host who is so helpful and friendly and goes the extra mile.

Her place was in a Great location, and the House was Big and very clean.
Everything was perfect - very clean & spacious apartment just minutes away from a bakery and butcher shop. The inner courtyard is absolutely beautiful and the kitchen has everything you’d need to cook a nice meal for your family. We only stayed one night and will be back for sure.
The private parking spot around the corner was also a big plus. 10 out of 10 for sure
Easy to find and roomy accommodation. Welcome pack good and host showed us around on arrival. Location is absolutely superb - local town (and region) full of character with plenty of eating establishments within easy walk. Accommodation is converted barn (very old) but is also very clean. This is a big positive for experience. Also very quiet. Free Parking within easy 1 minute walk.
The pension is in great location and the host is super nice and helpful. Our room was very clean, the bed was comfy and whe got everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious with pastries, selection of cheeses and fruit. We had everything we needed and more.
