A fantastic find! Large 1 bedroom flat in a beautiful historic home with a lovely private garden to enjoy the outdoors. The house is located in a very peaceful area while being close to the centre of Avranches. It was a quick walk to the shops and parks. There is a tranquil pasture overlooking the sea offering gorgeous views of Mont Saint-Michel! Very child-friendly with the closed back yard and children’s books and games available in the flat.

Excellent location 5 minutes walk from the charming town centre but felt like being in the middle of the countryside. All facilities were brand new and the kitchen was very well equipped. Excellent shower. Access was easy with the lockbox. The host responded immediately to messages.

Perfectly located to explore Brittany and Normandy. The small house offers privacy and tranquility while being right in town. Very clean and really everything you would need is available to you: Dish soap, dishwasher detergent, espresso capsules, sugar, salt, vinegar, oil…Loved having these essentials on hand. The bed is very comfortable and the views in the garden absolutely beautiful. We slept so well. Stephanie is a very helpful, kind and attentive host. We will return!
