For the price, I don't think you can find a nicer place south of Cadiz! A group of 7 stayed for 3 nights and it was really spectacular.
The location was amazing, not directly on the beach, but very close (5 minutes walk) and also close to Playa La Barrosa including many bars and restaurants (12 min walk).
The house is beautiful, modern, and immaculate. Pets are allowed for a fee of €100 (perhaps €33 per night?) There is a grill, a gym, washer/dryer, a pool (heated for €20/day). The rooms, beds, kitchen, bathrooms are all very comfortable clean and well-appointed, and they gifted us a bottle of local white wine ;)

We had a lovely stay at Santiago's house. The pool was exceptional and the outdoor spaces and garden around the house was beautiful and well kept. Perhaps a toaster and kettle would be helpful in the kitchen but otherwise, all amenities were great. The beaches around Chicclana (Playa Barrosa and Conil, for example) had great swimming and Cadiz is only half an hour's drive away with lots of shopping, restaurants and beaches as well.

The location is amazing and the gardens are beautiful. The apartments are very clean and well stocked. Really lovely resort that never feels too crowded even during peak times. Would highly recommend.
The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and had a good layout. Very clean and bright. Ours was on the ground floor, perfect for us with a 3yr old. The gardens are truly lovely and provide a lot of privacy. Two pools are fenced in, so kids can run around without being worried about falling in.
Breakfast buffet was great and varied, something for everyone. Did the buffet dinner 3x too, always different. Always delicious.
The beach is fabulous, can’t rave enough.
