It was so clean and up to date. Really well maintained

We loved the house, so much space and really well stocked. Sea view was a bonus. Netflix etc, it felt like a home away from home. The basement is almost like a standalone apartment, ideal for teenagers. Fantastic service from Letitia, so nice to deal with.

The house was beautiful with very nice and modern furniture. Big kitchen and a lot of space for cooking and dining. A lot of options to dine outside or just relax by the private pool. The pool was little cold, but very refreshing for warm weather. Very quite location with a couple of restaurants near by. Easy to reach the main areas of playa the ingles or Maspalomas beach if you are looking for more action.

There is Churros and fresh ham breakfast corner nearby. Car is a must to see Maspalomas allaround.

We had a great time staying here! The apartment is located within walking distance to HW. We hired a car and we were always able to get parked, there is bus routes near by and there is a Spar just round the corner too. We had a little difficulty finding the exact location as the directions given by our host didn't seem to come up on our maps. We dropped a pin to as close as we thought it would be and figured the rest out which was fine. The key to the main complex is within a locked box which was explained by Fernando over Whatsapp ahead of time. The apartment is pretty close to the pool and as most of the other apartments are residents, it's fairly quiet and never an issue to get a lounger. The apartment itself was very clean and a great size for a party of two. There is a sofa bed so you could sleep 4 but it would be pretty tight. Just a heads up for anyone booking this based on the name 'Bungalow' which would usually mean no stairs (in the UK at least) - the bedroom and shower etc are up stairs, this wasn't any issue for us but just a head up. We did run out of hot water for the shower on the first night however this wasn't an issue for the rest of our stay so didn't mention it. Fernando checked in with us a few times which was good as if there was any issues we could let me know. Also.. we made the mistake of doing a food shop on the way to the apartment only to find out there is no grill/oven so we had to bin our frozen food. There is a toaster, microwave and two electric hobs for cooking. The kitchen could do with a couple of more utensils and maybe condiments like salt and pepper. There is a couple of high chairs for the breakfast bar and seating outside too, with an awning which was nice. It would've been handy to have a table in front of the sofa for chilling at night. Overall we had a lovely time here and would definitely stay again! Fernando very generously let us check out later too due to a late flight!

Perfect accommodation. Great location. Very clean lovely private garden. We will definitely look to rebook for our next trip.

Spacious property, with a great layout, parking close by and all amenities on the doorstep. Fantastic WiFi. The perfect location for exploring the island. Very welcoming host. Would highly recommend.

Yolanda was great and we enjoyed the welcome food package we received upon arrival. She also helped us with providing information to different locations like nearest supermarket, doctors etc. and was very easy to reach if we needed anything at all.

Nice location and complex good patio space and reasonably private, comfortable bed. Good clothes washer. Complex pools.
