The property is great the beds are comfortable and all amenities are provided. The owner Sergio is very funny and a nice guy he helped us with anything we needed. We spent most of our time outside which is very comfortable and has lots of nice place to sit. Overall the stay was great.

Excellent and comfortable bed. That's the most important thing at any place and they have nice mattresses here - perfect. We had good sleeps. I particularly like that the 2 bedrooms are on separate floors, each with their own bathroom. It's nice to have that separation. Very good kitchen with all the needed accessories. Fun common area. The location works great - it's a narrow and quiet street, but very convenient walking distance to the beach and to Bario Santa Cruz and to markets and off-the-beaten-path places to drink/eat. I would recommend to stay in this older area of town on the slopes of Santa Barbara.

We are familiar with the location and therefore we knew what to expect as it is accessed by some very steep steps which suited us perfectly The views are stunning, you do lose a little of the afternoon sun but the sunrise is amazing perfect host, very prompt replies and really professional The house was spotlessly clean Literally around the corner from the central market which is bid highlight for us
