A WONDERFUL home very well equiped, ideal location Copenhagen region. Closeby the Molslinjen ferry when coming from Aarhus (we were passing through coming from Norway) - also good connection to Funen going by bridge.

We set out to do a trip with friends to do a lot of gravel biking. For this purpose the cabin was excellent. A lot of nature with good paths and gravel roads to bike.
The sauna was a welcoming post-ride activity.
One of the bed rooms had a super nice vintage bike hanging on the wall which made us feel “we’re in the correct cabin”!
The BBQ and the patio served us many nice evenings in joy and laughter.

The location was very convenient as we were visiting family for a wedding in Lejre. It was also close to the Viking Village and Roskilde where we visited the Cathedral and the Viking Ship museum. It was not far from Lejre train station where there is free parking and a train direct into Copenhagen. The Summerhouse was lovely and had everything needed, a real home from home.

The owner gave us clear written instructions and photographs about how to find the key two days before we checked in. We also had his phone number if we had any questions.
The cottage was only a 30-minute drive from Copenhagen City Center, where you will find City Hall and Tivoli Gardens. There is a Netto supermarket within walking distance, a Lidl supermarket within driving distance and a yummy Döner shop behind the Lidl.
The bridge to the beach has a Thomas Dambo troll underneath it. Look for his massive hand.
A bike rental for 2 bikes is only about $20 for a couple of hours. You can drive to the docking station about 3/4 of a mile away, park the car, enjoy a ride, return the bikes and drive yourself back to the cottage.

These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.

The hotel is located just a few steps away from the city center and only 10 minutes from the train station. We had a wonderful view of the cathedral from our room. The staff is very kind and the room is very clean and very quiet.
Beautiful location at the edge of Roskilde. When we were there we saw cows, pheasants and deer just from our room. The rooms are modern, very clean and the bathroom was amazing. Very friendly people as well!
The apartment is very good in size and comfortable, easy to feel like you could live there or stay for a while. It's very close to local attractions, a shopping centre(mall) and supermarkets. It felt like a home away from a home, it has good facilities (ie. Fridge, oven, pots, pans...etc) and it's very clean.
