A magic place in the middle of country side and nature. The owner is a kind people and he let us free to arrive without any time. The cottage is perfect. You can find all you need to stay well included cooking accessories and a barbecue outside. 15min by car and you are in Silkeborg where you can sail on a steam boat or rent canoes on the lake. But you can rent bike and have a ride in the country or in cycle paths. 45min by car and you are in Billund area with airport and Legoland park. But the best moment is come back to the cottage and breath the nature. One morning 3 wild rabbits arrive during our breakfast...

It is a big apartment. Light and modern. In the middle of the countryside. Cows and chicken in sight from the windows. Parking next to the door. The hostes, kind as a mother.

The house is located 300 m from the holiday center with a pool, sport and children activities, about 15 km from the nearest highway. A small grocery store is at the reception, bigger one is in the town about 2km and in 20 km in Silkeborg there's everything. Aarhus is not far away as well.
The house is big with 1 living room, bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms and sauna/bathroom on 1st floor. The kitchen is well equipped, there's a big TV with Netflix & co., big terrace, everything super clean.
We have been there at the new year's eve, all houses were occupied and perform an unbelievable firework.
On the last day there was a lot of snow in one night and the owner proposed to stay for a night more, very nice from her.
Unfortunately, we had to go.

Beautiful holiday home on a quiet park, with nice, big open air pool, play area for kids, only a 5 minute walk or 1 minute drive away. Good bedrooms / matrasses, well-equiped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. A lot of privacy, wooden terrace, storage / play area up the ladder was a hit with our 6 year old, who read his books there. Patk is at a great location, scenic 20 minute ride to Silkeborg, nearby town that has lots of restaurants, shops, cinema, and kayak rental for trips to lakes and on Gudena river, which we did on a sunny day. There's also a Landal nearby (15 minute drive) with an indoor pool, decent slide etc. It felt like a home away from home, loved it.
