Location is perfect, walking distance to all the major attractions and surrounded with a great selection of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Door codes make life very easy with a large group coming and going at different times. Communication and flexibility of host very good. Large and very social communal space on top floor, perfect for a large group.

Really beautifully decorated little house. A feeling of being in a real home.
The kitchen was very well equipped with almost all needed for cooking. We lacked a potato peeler, asked the hist and got one immediately. All the knifes was super sharp which is rare for rental apartments.

We arrived after dark. The host had turned on the lights inside for us. Made it feel very welcome and cared for. Wonderful after a 5 hour drive to get there.
The hosts had several pages describing all you'd like to know about an area: what to visit near by and how far away, all the restaurants and take aways in the area and dustance to each, all about how the house, water heater etc functioned. How to get to the capital city Copenhagen by car or public transportation. Even suggestions about what route to take if you had to drive during rush hour. Best document of this type I ever saw on site.

Great location and a really nice cottage. It has everything you need. Well equipped kitchen, nice living room with good sofa and a confortable bed. Shower is nice and hot water. Breakfast is great and custom made to the guests needs. All veggie super healthy breakfast.

Awesome Apartment. Clean, perfectly located, quiet, and luxurious in a pleasing way. The house has charme, style, and is chic. Groceries are within walking distance. Not cheap, but worth every single penny. We loved sitting in the chairs and just watched the water outside.

The apartment was very comfortable, a good size, very clean and well equipped. It had a washing machine which was very useful. It was an easy walk from the metro station, Oresund, and two supermarkets are nearby. The communication with the host was easy and the check in worked well with someone meeting us on site. For departure the key was left in a lock box. We would stay again if in Copenhagen.
The building is very beautiful, it is very clean and well maintained. The breakfast is also great, lots of choices- except coffee, which is from the machine and not very tasty. The staff is nice, but in a artificial way nice.
The property was modern and very clean! It was incredibly central to the main attractions and was family friendly. As it was our first solo trip with out 15 month old daughter it was perfect for our needs. The staff were friendly and the hotel had lots of perks.

We had a great stay at CitizenM. The staff were brilliant from the moment we arrived until we left, they couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. The bed was so comfortable and the iPad was fun to use to control the blinds/lights/air con although there were normal switches too if you didn’t want to use the iPad. Powerful shower and all very clean. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t review this but there was plenty on offer. Would use this hotel again!
The location is good in terms of public transport.
The room was big and the bright with a good view overlooking small holiday houses.
The common facilities were clean.
The breakfast buffet was good (except for the incident below).
