Extremely nice hosts, we arrived early and asked if we could leave our bags in a corner of the cabaña and it was no problem at all. Everything was perfectly clean and as described, lovely hosts who also helped the rest of our group travelling by bike to find a lift to their next stop as it was going to rain for 3 days.

False property. Turned up to have a woman come out and say it's her personal house and not available.
She then tried too take us to her friend's hostel/shop/cabaña and get us to stay their, which her friend then said their also wasn't anything available.
Someone is pulling a scam here and was a complete was of time after a 6 hour drive.
The frist picture is the house with the Toyota hilux in front, then last photos are where she tried to get us to stay.

very friendly hosts. we felt directly welcome. it was very clean. There was hot water in the shower. An oven in the common room, overlooking the lake. The breakfast was delicious and directly served in the morning! We did not miss anything!
Really comfortable bed in a wooden cabin style, super cozy. Room was very clean, Bathroom was clean with hot water and good pressure. Staff was friendly. There was a fridge, kettle, tea and coffee.
Very very very clean, very friendly and helpful stuff, warm water immediately and the stove was already full of wood for fire and warm. Recommended definitely.
The room was very clean and the shared dining room and living space was large. There is a kettle and tea and coffee provided. The place is on the main road into Puyuhuapi, and a 5 min walk into the main town. There are short walks to do from the town itself, or half an hour drive ti the national park. The staff were very friendly... as an economy option this is excellent!
