The sunsets are incredible. Fire pit is a plus. The beds are very comfortable. Everything in and around the house worked really well. The location is great. Of course the view of the water.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property, which boasts both a charming backyard and front yard, truly immersed in nature. Traveling from Newmarket, ON, we found its location ideal, especially with Lion's Head nearby and just a scenic 35-minute drive to Tobermory. If you're planning to explore Tobermory, be prepared for a bit of driving, but it's well worth it.
Overall, we were pleased with our stay. The property exceeded our expectations, and we found no areas needing improvement. It's excellent value for money. We highly recommend it!

Great location for our family trip to Tobermory! We were very comfortable and had everything we needed, and more! Lots of cute details in the cottage, and I can tell a lot of thought went into making sure guests have everything needed during their stay. Would definitely come back!

The house is amazing, spacious, well kept and in a great location. It’s a perfect mix between facilities accessibility and privacy and peace. The house is a 5-minute walk form the downtown of Tobermory and a few-minute walk from a supermarket. It offers a parking spot in the driveway.
The back porch offers a wonderful relaxation space. It’s basically in the forest so you can expect visits from chipmunks or squirrels on the porch. The nights are perfectly quiet with the darkest, star lit sky.
Upstay (the property mangers) were super helpful and responsive to all our questions.
I wish we had more time there than just the 2 nights. I would absolutely book it again.

The cottage was lovely, had all of the amenities we needed and is a very close drive to the town, the beach and the national park.
The cottage also had all of the necessary tools to have a BBQ.
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
It`s perfect to stay here with family or supose. Very clean and quiet. There is office nearby where you can buy goods or borrow staff for fun. Staff is really kind. Thank you!
Very friendly and helpful service without losing that feeling of privacy. The food was excellent, rooms very cleanly, and overall made our trip worry-free. The only downside of our stay was when we had to leave. Thank you for being amazing hosts! We'll definitely be coming back.
