Nothing - not worth the price. Facility badly maintained, no dishwasher. Only one functional bathroom. The water flow was not good and temperature was sometimes cold sometimes too hot. Garbage bin was full which made the whole site very smelly. Not recommended for friends gathering.

May is very very gracious and supportive, patiently gave me lots of details on settings and utilities in the house after we settled,avoiding any potential questions that I might have during living in she even gave us some gifts!
