The little things! Lots of towels, beers in the fridge, loo rolls and condiments in the cupboard. A fun playroom of great games to play and plenty of space. And a gorgeous sheep we named Shawn who ran to see us every morning. It was beautifully quiet and had everything we could possibly need. Communications with Ellen were friendly and super helpful too.

Our host Hilde was super friendly - it was great meeting you! The property is very clean, comfortable and lovingly maintained. This property feels like a timeshare or part of a retirement village. There are lots of small houses in one area, with numbered parking (there was plenty anyway). It took us a little while to find the property, which is a very short walk from the car park. It is quite small and compact, with a double bedroom and a bunkbed bedroom behind curtains (not doors). This is a high quality, very clean guest house where you’re made to feel at home. Ria, our host is very knowledgeable about the area and happy to give advice.
The breakfast was excellent with lots of nice cheeses and fresh fruit.
Not only are the rooms very nice but also the outside sitting area is absolutely above expectations.
Four of us arrived on individual motorcycles, parked outside hotel. The rooms were very spacious and very clean. Reception staff very friendly. Breakfast was lovely and plenty to choose from. Spaces outside to sit down and relax. We stayed another night on our return journey from Germany. Would definitely use this hire again.
