The owner was friendly and was waiting for us in the apartment upon arrival. They were flexible in the way we paid. We could discuss the time we left and they showed up on time to hand over the keys.

Nice and comfortable apartment, in a calm area. We loved the swimming pool, which is about 50 m from the apartment. It's a calm holiday area (only one evening there was a loud party, pak fortunately someone from the building stopped it), closed, there are no cars entering the area. You can access the area only for unloading your car and the you have to park it in a parking lot, which is great - children can play in the area (there is a playground nearby). The apartment is small and a bit wet (the bathroom was a bit moldy), because the area is under trees in shadow. But no problem, it was okay and we enjoyed the stay. Well equipped and we found the keys super fast.

Very enjoyable and quiet surrounding. Great region to discover Genk, Hasselt, a lot of nature and the mine sites.
The host was very friendly and thoughtful.
The house itself was clean, yet not that spatial (we had a 3person house, which is part of a bigger house which we weren't aware of to be honest).
We loved the covered terrace, which we enjoyed to have our breakfast on in the morning sun. Pure zen...

Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
So close to the centre of the town. Close to numerous places to eat and drink. Walking distance to local shopping centre and train close by. Spacious rooms. Very clean and tidy. Sandro made the stay!! He was so kind and helpful. He organised car hire and called taxis for us when our phones didn’t work. Nothing was too hard for him. He is an extremely gracious and kind manager. Thank you.

The restaurant in the hotel is very good and inviting to eat, feels a bit like a family place. The rooms are large and very clean, also the breakfast was more than you get in other hotels. The staff has eye for detail, I ate gluten free in the evening and in the morning for breakfast I was being offered gluten free alternatives, even dough I didn't ask for it. So great eye for service! My compliments for the team.
Great location, quiet street but only a short walk to the centre of town. Secure parking on site. Very clean and well equipped property. Hosts were very helpful and responded to messages quickly.
I stayed here with my partner due to me having some surgery near by. The property was very clean, spacious, modern, lovely views, central and the staff were friendly. Check-in is very easy even after reception closes, you can arrange to collect from lockers out the front or collect from the bar.
This place was very clean and comfortable! I was positively surprised after having read some of the average reviews. It was a good balance of privacy and access to what we needed. We traveled by bicycle and found it convenient. The breakfast was also very generous.
