The view is the best part of this place. It is absolutely stunning. The home itself had everything required. Lovely balcony, lounge, kitchen and two bathrooms. full fridge. Location is good - close to Snug Falls and Snug. Parking is good. Owner friendly and hospitable. Nice and relaxing. Kangaroos visited in the evening.

Not usually leave review but this is a highlight of our trip. The house is full of characters, super spacious, clean and so special. It is dreamy. It is magical. Love the decoration, the little attention to details. Beds are so comfy. View is everchanging and spectacular. Saw a little wallaby jumping to her mother pouch from the living room window. Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay. Should have booked longer. Next time for sure.

We were attending a local birthday party, so this accom was perfect location for us. Great clean kitchen and living area with 3 well equipped bedrooms. Beds were very comfy. Only spent 1 night, but it would work for anyone staying longer.

The location of the property was spot on. All the places we wanted to visit were within a comfortable driving distance from our accommodation.
While we had to make our own breakfast, Jo provided every possible item of food and drink we could possibly require. The house was very clean and beds very comfortable. I immediately felt at ease when I entered the house.
All facilities (washing machine, dryer, oven etc) were in top condition. Luxuries like a coffee maker were also provided. It felt like a home away from home.
Jo arrived just as we had arrived at the accommodation and welcomed us like friends. A lovely lady.
I highly recommend Jo's Farmhouse B&B to anyone wanting a relaxing, comfortable country get away.

You can't not LOVE this place! it's truly amazing!
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
The property was very clean and comfortable. Ideally located for doing a number of hikes in the Southern Wellington Range. Very quiet location on a historic rural property. Very enjoyable stay.
Breakfast was included in our accommodation package and to a high standard.
