Room was very clean, the beds were so comfortable, warm and cosy. We had a disabled room which was very big, so we didn't really need as large a room. When we stayed before we had a normal double bed and a single which would have been ample for us.
The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The decor was beautiful and the little touches in the bathroom and kitchen were nicely thought out and of higher quality than most hotels.
Communication with the pre-arrival information was very clear and helpful.
The room was great. very clean. Bed was comfortable and was very peaceful. would definitely recommend it. Didn't get a chance to use Pool, or outside areas, but looked amazing.
