Because of the nice weather, we had a wonderful stay, which we spent mainly outside in the garden. The fenced garden is absolutely wonderful. Especially for a dog or small children, since they can wander freely. If you have nice weather, you have many places to sit in the sun or in the shadow. The chairs however are not very comfortable, more on that later.
The view is stunning; you are surrounded by beautiful mountains.
The matrasses are okay. For us, regular sized Dutch people (1.78 - 1.94m) however, the beds are too short and so are the blankets.
Towels are available plenty, so no need to bring your own.
The WiFi is good and steady.

Very friendly and helpful host. Location is (personal opinion) perfect for relaxation. House is spacious, kitchen equiped for almost any needs, comfortable bed(s). In front of house is enough space for two cars or in our case one car and two motorcycles. :)

The house is located high and possess a spacious terrace with the breathtaking view over the valley. A nice skiing area is just few minutes drive (not reachable by feet though). The house seems to be recently renovated, lovely decorated, clean in general. A washing machine availability is very convenient.
The host are very pleasant and friendly people, they give a lot of useful advices. We enjoyed a small Christmas present, left on the table!

The house is sorrounded by green area and a small river. It is possible to dine outside on a nice table close to a cute fountain there is plenty of space in the house with two small bathroom and the shower downstair..

We were met by the daughter of this family establishment and could not have asked for a better service. Sweet and very helpful. The whole hotel is very authentic and just what you imagine a hotel in Austria would look like. We had a lovely dinner, and the waitrice was also very lovely. We sat on the terrace the whole evening enjoying the magnificent view. The rooms are very clean and we had a great stay here. It's definitely not the last time we stay at this hotel.
the position of the structure is very good, easy to access. Well maintained, very clean. The rooms are large and clean. Nice breakfast with a good variation of food.
Mister Kerschbaumer is really the friendliest host. From a bottle of wine when we arrived, sweets for the kids and borrowing the barbecue, nothing was too much. The appartement is spacious, very clean and well equipped. We especially liked the roof terrace with a view on the surrounding mountains.
