A good value for the money. The self-check-in was smooth, although I don't understand why there is a time limit for check-in (up to 8 pm). The house is very sweet with a big common kitchen and coffeemaker available. We had a separate apartment on the last floor with 3 bedrooms and a kitchenette and bathroom, and it was clean and pleasant. The balcony was nice for star gazing and listening to the river and mountains. It faces the road but in the evening you won't hear lots of cars driving there. Also, there is a parking spot available right in the yard. The location was perfect for visiting Grossglockner Road in the early morning - around 15-20 minutes of driving. The owners recommended a bakery in the village - it's not an actual bakery but a minimarket with suuuuper tasty and fresh buns & rolls, it opens at 6 am.

Beautiful cottage, very well equipped, contactless check-in, perfect information about the stay from the owner (website with all necessary information). Quiet location with nice view, privacy. Sauna and Netflix was a nice bonus :-)

The apartment was very nice and big with three large separate bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacy kitchen-dinner. We also appreciated the large balcony with nice views on the surrounding hills and mountains. A public bus stop is just few meters away and very handy if you don't want to drive everywhere. There is a nice mountain bike/ hiking tour starting just outside the property that leads you to a picturesque "Hutte" with stunning views.
The hosts were very welcoming, we received tourist infos and a brochure with discounts for different activities and at the end of our stay a glass of self made apricot jam and some sweets for our six-year-old.
All in all we spent a very relaxing and pleasant time at penthouse Moosweg and hope to return.

Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
The accommodation was absolutely perfect. Peter (owner) of the hotel very nice, helpful, helpful. As a big group of 14 guys we could sometimes be a bit louder, but Peter solved everything perfectly. We even had our own room for evening sitting. The hotel is very clean, perfect welness, beautiful outdoor pool, good breakfast. Ideal place for all three ski resorts. I highly recommend it for families with children as well as groups of young people.

Very clean and fully equipment apartment. We find everything we needed: paper and normal towels for kitchen, capsules for dishwashing machine, foil for backing and more necessary inventory. Real condition is better than in the photos. Parking area is very big and paved. Rooms for skis and ski boots in the first floor with entrance directly from the parking and heating system for boots.
The breakfast was very tasty with plenty of various breads, cheeses, salami, dairy, fruits and cakes. The staff is very pleasant and friendly and the whole facility is very clean, comfortable and calming.
