Located 6 km from Historic Williamsburg, the resort features an indoor and seasonal outdoor pool. The staff, the suite and the resort. Everything was top notch. The staff were so incredibly nice and helpful. The manager Ryan was exceptional. The suites are beautiful and clean. I genuinely had the best stay.
Tysons Corner
The Hilton Garden Inn Tysons Corner places guests moments from the luxury shopping of Tysons Corner Mall. With Washington, D.C. only a 20 minute drive away, guests can also easily visit the White House or the Smithsonian Museum. The room was very clean, the beds were comfy. My wife liked the hygiene articles. Relativly rich breakfast.

It was very confusing as the Homewood Suites and Hampton Inn shared the same building. One lobby was on the 1 st floor and the other on the second. I have never seen this before. The elevator on the parking floor I parked at was not in service, so my 78-year-old mother and myself had to walk up a parking garage ramp to access a working elevator. One in the room, it was average and the free breakfast was a plus, but food was just ok.
Aaron went out of his way to set us up in a room when our Booking.com reservation was not received by Home2 Suites. He was more stressed than we were but got us in a room and comfortable as quickly as he could. Mya, the manager, also went above and beyond in helping us confirm our lodging for the remainder of our stay. She also introduced me to the Hilton Honors program which made making reservations much better than Booking.com, and for the same rates.
The staff are lovely but the room we stayed in was not what we’ve come to expect from Hilton Garden Inn. The bathroom reeked of bleach and the shower was not functioning properly. Very disappointed. Especially for what we paid!
The Hilton Garden Inn is a beautiful hotel! The staff is very friendly and the rooms are very clean. The lobby is also clean and elegant looking. A great social atmosphere!!
I was very pleasantly surprised by this facility, which appeared to be recently remodeled. Rooms were immaculate, beds were extremely comfortable, breakfast was fresh with a variety of hot and cold options, and staff members were professional and pleasant. This was a Hilton disguised as a Hampton Inn.
WOW, this is the place to stay. forget Mr. Hampton Mrs. Hilton, Marriott baby, if near downtown Richmond 100% stay here. (parking sucks tho)
We were told Embassy Suites had "over sold" the hotel and we were moved to another property-- The Homewood Suites.
Exactly what you would expect from a Hilton Garden Inn for work travel. I was there for a one night stay but the room did have microwave/refrigerator.

the location was convenient, the lobby and room were clean. the front desk staff was exceptional! easy check in and out. the room was modern and spacious enough for my family. compared to my last stay in Hampton VA at the Embassy Suites by Hilton the Springhill Suites is a much better experience.
