A coffee maker and a work desk are provided in all spacious rooms at Hilton Boston Logan Airport. Featuring cherry wood furniture, the rooms offer a large bathroom with designer amenities. Room service is available during select times. we arrived at a really bad time, late flight. So we were checking in at 2am. Shuttle bus was running but we had to call the hotel to get it sent round. Something to note. Staff at check in really helpful. Next day again staff good, coffee shop good, stored our bags really easily, Shuttle bus good to blue line for easy trip into Boston. So as a one day stop over on our way home it is a great location and suited us fine. We did pay a high price I think for a one night stay, but I guess the location was a priority for us.

This is a value proposition hotel. You get excellent value for a fair price, nothing sexy but good for a few nights. If you want/prefer to be pampered, spend more on a different hotel, like the DoubleTree Hilton across the street.

Location near airport, pool, breakfast was okay but a little trickier than other Hilton garden inns we have stayed at, instead of open buffet there is wait service but appears understaffed
When we went to check in - there was no reservation in my name and that no room for us - had to find another - stayed at the Boston Hilton for twice as much as we were supposed to pay at the Hampton
Unfortunately, we would not stay here again. Wasn't particularly welcoming/ friendly Have used Doubletree by Hilton in other countries and usually have been impressed- not same standard here
This hotel is fabulous! No detail was missed. The staff is hands down the best of any hotel we have stayed at and we travel…A Lot! I highly highly recommend Canopy by Hilton. I usually stay in different parts of Boston every time we come to have easier access to explore new parts, but from now on I will only stay here. Their customer service and friendly, welcoming personalities made it feel like home with friends. I can’t wait to come back! Congratulations Hilton for putting together a Rockstar group of employees!!
The room was clean and spacious. Across the street from the ferry to Nantucket and excellent restaurants that accept Groupon too! Our friends stayed at the Hilton/Doubletree This place was nice and half price, but location, location!
The staff was amazing. Innea gave so much help keeping us ideas for good places to eat and get around the seaport. Her brother-in-law Jesus even helped us to get it over to the airport the last morning. Highly recommend Homewood suites by Hilton. The happy hour on Wednesday was even an added bonus. Definitely will stay here again.
We loved the easy parking and that it was included we had stayed at another property a few nights before in Boston same price for property but $83 to park. Had we known we would have stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn both nights. The lobby and restaurant was very nice our rooms were clean and spacious.
