    The room was so, so clean and the beds were so comfortable! It was just down the street from the plaza; walking distance to restaurants in and out of the plaza. The bathrooms had heated floors! I was in the newer room, and they were large rooms. The balcony had a great view. The staff was friendly. I stayed at the Hilton last time I was there, and it doesn't hold a candle to this place. And this cost less! This is my new go-to hotel every time I visit Santa Fe.

    We booked through Booking.com for a room with breakfast. They charged us for the breakfast and I can't get the Hilton or Booking.com to help me.

    Parking lot....park at your own risk. Should at least patrol once in a while and not advertise that it is unsecure. Sink area tiny and did not drain. Appears to be an old hotel Hilton tried to update. Not a place we will stay again.

    For low end hotel chain, I was pleasantly surprised with over clean & bright conditions. Bed was quite nice, reminding me of Hampton Inn beds! Staff was extra helpful, & lighting in parking lot was better than most. My wife booked this for me, so was really a,good bang for the buck.

    The front desk gentlemen was very attentive and honored our Hilton Honors status and gave us our upgrade without question. I have two little girls, so the pool was definitely something that they enjoyed. We will recommend this property for sure.

    The lobby was 100 degrees. The ac until cover was falling off. It was not a bad stay, it just wasn’t what I Usually get from a Hilton or Marriott property. It was about $80 over priced for the quality.
