First off, the front desk lady was very friendly and accommodating. Beautiful room with a great view. Very close walking distance to the Union Square Christmas event! The bar on the 46th floor was such a great experience! What a great view! Thank you!

Great location within a 2min walk to Fisherman’s Wharf. The staff were always friendly and were very helpful with storing our luggage when we went for an overnight trip to Yosemite. The free happy hour every evening (5-6pm) was a lovely bonus. Great rooms - clean, big, comfortable beds and pillows. We stayed here during a California trip from LA to SF and this was by far better than a Hilton and Marriott we stayed in on the trip. Would definitely come back and absolutely recommend!

I enjoyed my stay very much: friendly staff, efficient room service, very quiet room and comfortable bed. The location was also great, next to Union Square and to the Hilton hotel where I needed to attend a big conference. I can recommend this hotel for staying when on business trips or for tourist vacations.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Caza! The staff were lovely, our room was very clean and spacious with a lovely view of Alcatraz and the Joseph Conrad Park. Huge credit to the room cleaning staff who did a wonderful job on the room every day. The location is ideal , close to everything.We loved San Francisco and Hotel Caza and can't wait to be back!

The Hotel is in a central place, very close to Union Square and 20m away from Hilton, so it could be used as a cheaper replacement.

The rooms were of the standard you would expect from a Hilton Hotel. It was clean and everything worked. All of the hotel staff I interacted with were friendly, polite and professional and seemed interested and to care which really makes a difference. The concierge service was wonderful - very friendly and helpful.
