    I had a family emergency and the hotel allow me to check out early and didn’t charge me for my second night. They were very kind and understanding and I will definitely book with Hampton Inn from this point on.

    The included amenities like breakfast and cocktail hour made the stay so much more enjoyable. The ability to order drinks and food by the pool was also a plus. I felt as if we were at a resort property. I have already recommended the Embassy Suites to a friend for her family vacation.

    I liked the location near the beach and other activities , and the room was nice. And a surprising very welcome aspect was that the hotel did not use perfum-y cleaning products that stay with clothes afterwards & as a result felt natural and healthier than some hotels (including Hamptons) that we stay in .

    This is an old moldy hotel. the carpets throughout are dusty filthy and smell like old beer. This is a $125 per night hotel. regret not booking embassy suites next door - beautiful new hotel

    I have never had such a negative experience at a Hilton before. We had to upgrade the room, the bed was hard. The furniture was hard. The tv reception was terrible, no local channels; ABC CBS NBC ESPN etc….. not available. Don’t even ask me about the breakfast-it wasn’t FREE! When have you ever stayed at a Hilton and didn’t get free breakfast? I’m still waiting on the refund for the last night. We couldn’t bear the bed again!! I’m so disappointed.

    WE are use to staying at a Hampton Inn, but this joint had ratings of 8.2, so we figured what the hell, give it a shot......never again!! They promoted free braeakfast with the room. IT WAS AN ORANGE >>>>THATS IT!!!
