This hotel is transitioning from a (fairly run down) Hampton Inn to a Holiday Inn, the staff told us. Some important upgrades have already happened: the bed was *exceptionally* comfortable, shower head is a new one, desk area and its lighting very nice. Looked like a new fridge.

We have been staying there for years under the Hampton corporate label and it was truly a Hampton experience until now. Place has BLACK mold i. Bath rooms, stains on furniture, water damage in sink counters, refer didnt work.. despite the locale being perfect to our parents home we will find alternate accommodations. this was not a one off room experience - another family member stayed and had the same disgusting conditions.

Reasonable Hampton but starting to look a bit rough around the edges due to lack of maintenance in certain areas within rooms. Check in staff by far the most unprofessional I have ever encountered and display a complete lack of interest in customers. Breakfast below par for Hampton. The lack of room servicing other than for stays of 5 nights or longer is ridiculous and just a cost saving method using covid as an excuse.

There were still some aspects of the Hampton present like the beds and room setup.

All the staff were great, I expected the Hotel to be newer. It appeared to me to be an old Hotel that was updated. I have stay at Hilton Garden Inn’s on Long Island that were newer and 5 Star’s no place for Breakfast. I was not the only person looking for it. When I asked at the Desk they to me to go to Dunkin Donuts which was a walk as I am no young. May be they should investigate what’s good for breakfast in the area. Again I was not the only guess looking for a place .

Good stay. Hotel was formerly a Hampton Inn. I had seen some previous bad reviews, but found that I had none of the same complaints. Room was clean. HVAC worked well. Bed was comfortable. Door did stick and you had to muscle it closed. Staff was great. Pool.and spa were open and well maintained.
