Lamies is an institution in Hampton. It has offered dining and accommodations to the community and to travelers for generations. Now under the ownership of the Higgins Family, the property’s great traditions are being nicely upheld!
I felt I walked back into time. The history of both the inn and tavern was so interesting. The staff was above and beyond helpful. The food was spectacular. This will be my go to place when ever I go to Hampton Beach.
Very spacious and so fully stocked. I real liked that bedding, towels and even toiletries were provided.
the apartment was relatively clean pretty clean (even for Hampton Beach standards… not to mention in the off season)
it was a rainy weekend, so having umbrellas also available was super convenient. we didn’t end up using the umbrellas or kitchenware but it was very convenient, to have it all there.

1) hot tub (Whirlpool) by poolside and the indoor pool .
2) comfortable King sized bed
3) clean sheets and towels
4) Refridgerator and Microwave
5) Coffee in Common area in the mornings
6) Overall Hotel is clean (not very clean)
