The owner of the property was very helpful to us. The kitchen has all the things needed to prepare meals. By taxi we reached any part of Boston easily. In terms of value, it is a very affordable place to stay if compared with the price in other neighborhoods of Boston which are close to downtown.

Free WiFi is provided and complimentary breakfast is included. It is a very beautiful property, very clean and quiet. Lovely and helpful owner. A great selection for breakfast and nice snacks left in our room was a nice touch. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area

Faneuil Hall/Quincy Market is 10 minutes’ walk away. A small gem. Fantastic location on the water with its own pier. Just a few, large, comfortable rooms with great views of city / harbor / water. Wonderfully quiet, you can relax and forget you're in a city - yet most of Boston, and great restaurants, are just a short walk away. Great bed, great bathroom. Good breakfast, served in the room (must order the evening ahead). Personnel is friendly and helpful. You can reach the airport by water taxi with a charming 10 minute boat ride which is not expensive. We love small, quiet hotels, and this was perfect.

Not only a very charming brownstone house in a quiet area with public transport, restaurants, supermarkets and back bay in walking distance but also very nice and helpful staff! They helped with luggage, umbrella's and at check in we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade of our room which we greatly appreciated. The room itself was cozy and clean and the bed very comfortable. 10/10 recommend for a pleasant stay in Boston

Very friendly staff, clean room, plenty of towels and TP. They also offered to watch our bags after we had checked out. I'd highly recommend as the location is perfect for any tourist visiting.

The hotel is in a wonderful location, within short walking distance from the convention center, shopping center, and the parks. The room was spacious and comfortable, with an espresso machine available in the lobby for the guests to use .

Longwood Inn is a beautiful Victorian mansion that is just minutes from subway transportation. The surrounding area is filled with restaurants, shops and several of the city's hospitals. Guests will also enjoy the adjacent park, which features tennis courts, a children's playground and a running track. I have to applaud the staff Barbara for her helpful manner. There was a bit of misunderstanding on how many rooms I needed for my stay, and initially I was tasked with canceling one of the rooms on my own. In the end, Barbara said not to worry about it and she will cancel for me directly with Booking.com. I really appreciated her help and professionalism. It made my stay that much more pleasant, so a BIG thank you to her!
