Kitchen was well equipped, with all the necessary utensils, cleaning supplies. In the bathroom, there is shower, towels and washing machine. View from the balcony is very nice - well kept garden and lots of flowers. In front of the house there is big parking. The host was very friendly, she gave us good recommendations and advices for our stay and for walks in the nature. Kranjska gora is 15 min away, by car. There is a shop in the camp, nearby, and the supermarket in Kranjska gora. We would stay here again, definitely.

Location is great, and the bike storage garage in the garden is a plus :) Absolutely recommended.

The owner is truly an exquisite gentleman, always keen to provide us with useful advice on interesting places to visit nearby. As an avid bicycle rider, he recommended quite attractive routes. The breakfast was rich with a lot of variety. My wife has some food allergies and he made sure that she had many options nevertheless. Kranjska Gora is strikingly charming little town. There are numerous possibilities for outdoor activities: cycling, hiking, alpinism, all sorts of skiing in the winter. Strategically, it is perfectly placed: very near Triglav mountain, with remarkable views, beautiful Pisnica river, and many mountain huts where you can try local specialties.

Garni Hotel Miklič is a 3-star hotel located amidst the mountains in the town of Kranjska Gora, at the foothills of Vitranc and right next to a ski slope. Built in 1993, the a family-run property provides free WiFi is throughout. Great location, big room with balcony and comfy beds, nice hot shower, generous breakfast. The staff is extremely friendly and meets all extra requests. We were with a baby girl so they put a crib in the room with a pillow and a duvet. During breakfast we got a chair for her.

We didn’t know what to expect when we booked it without much planning and not knowing about the area as we’re on our road trip from Uk to Croatia. Saw the listing on Booking.com and the place looked exactly how we like and what we wanted for a while but couldn’t find elsewhere. Chalet sofija is nestled among the peaks of the Jura alps. Standing so grandly but so well blended in with the natural beauty around the mountains, we were blown away by it’s gorgeous architecture and tasteful decor and complete luxurious feel the moment we walked into the chalet. This is a super prime luxury property! When we arrived, we were greeted by the host and owner of chalet sofija Alessandra and her beloved dog Tracy. We have two dogs with us and they were delighted to have met new friends. The moment we walked in our jaws dropped by breathtaking view of the mountains with wide deck and infinity swimming pool which is heated 30 degree over looking the mountains and there are sauna and spa also looking over the magnificent view. Pope the owner and Alessandra definitely design so carefully and with no expense spared to make the most of benefits that the mountains give. There are big windows everywhere you’ll have panoramic view from every part of the chalet. Rooms- I almost cried when we walked into our room which also has panoramic view. it’s beyond my imagination how beautiful this huge room. Love how luxurious but at the same time you feel like you’re so close to nature. From the small amenities to super tech built in TV and remote controlled blinds system if necessary to have deep sleep. We also enjoyed fine dining experience by Pope who is renowned restauranteur in Slovenia. Breakfast & dinner both absolutely amazing we felt so pampered while we stayed. With it’s one of a kind view and style, I’m sure the season doesn’t matter!
